I D.I.Y.ed the headpiece with some stiff metal wire, Swarovski crystal beads, and shell beads (from Michaels).
TIP: If you have a peplum top/skirt/dress and feel like the peplum flares out too high on your waist, you can lower the flare with a wide belt!
